On the 7th, we have a lunar eclipse, which is such an ideal time! We will offer a Sunset Soundbath on the Water on Sunday, September 7th, 6:00pm -7:30pm, aligning with the Pisces lunar eclipse that evening. She will guide participants through a deeply grounding , reflective small flow and soundbath experience as the sun sets and the moon rises. It will include a 90-minute soundbath with crystal bowls, chimes, and guided meditation and movement. Participants must bring their own flotation devices, or they can reserve a kayak or SUP through recreation@wildlifeprairie.org while supplies last.
